The inaugural edition of Noor Riyadh celebrated the universal power of light to connect people across cultures and geographies. We Dream
of New Horizons

Noor Riyadh 2022 expanded its artistic ambition under the theme We Dream of New Horizons, inviting artists to explore light as a symbol of hope, transformation, and limitless potential. With 100+ artists participating, the festival presented awe-inspiring installations that reimagined urban spaces and encouraged audiences to engage with light in new, unexpected ways.

Bright Side
of the Desert Moon

The 2023 edition took inspiration from Riyadh’s natural surroundings, reflecting on the interplay between light and desert landscapes. Bright Side of the Desert Moon delved into the poetic and scientific aspects of illumination, celebrating the beauty of moonlight and its connection to history, nature, and human imagination. Featuring 120+ artists, Noor Riyadh 2023 expanded its reach, showcasing large-scale installations across the city.

Years Apart

Noor Riyadh 2024 explored the cosmic relationship between light, space, and time with Light Years Apart. This theme drew inspiration from celestial phenomena and the interconnectedness of the universe, using light art to evoke wonder and contemplation.
